International Practical Course on Oncoplasty and Wine – Oncoplastic Academy’s Cadaver Lab Masterclass

By enrolling in this course, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. About the Course

The International Practical Course on Oncoplasty and Wine (Oncoplastic Academy’s Cadaver Lab Masterclass) is an educational experience that combines theoretical and practical training in oncoplastic and reconstructive surgery, held in Orlando (USA), or in another city/country. The program includes:

  • Preliminary virtual classes.

  • In-person theoretical and practical sessions.

  • Hands-on cadaver lab with fresh specimens.

  • Two wine-pairing dinners.

  • Educational materials.

  • International certification.

2. Enrollment and Course Confirmation

  • Enrollment will remain open until August 31, 2025. After this date, applications will only be accepted with prior authorization from Oncoplastic Academy.

  • The course will only be confirmed with a minimum of 12 (twelve) students duly enrolled and with payment completed.

  • If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the course may be postponed or canceled, and any amounts paid will be fully refunded to the student.

3. Enrollment and Payment

  • Enrollment will only be considered valid after the full completion of the enrollment form and the confirmation of payment of the course fee.

  • The course fee is US$ 3,600.00 (three thousand six hundred US dollars), including the items described in the program.

  • Additional costs, such as airfare, accommodation, travel insurance, and personal expenses, are not included in the course fee and are the sole responsibility of the student.

4. Student Cancellation

  • Cancellations requested up to 30 days prior to the start date of the course will be entitled to a refund of 70% of the amount paid.

  • Cancellations requested within less than 30 days will not be eligible for a refund, but the student may nominate another participant as a substitute, subject to prior approval by the organization.

5. Cancellation or Changes by the Organization

  • The organization reserves the right to modify dates, schedules, instructors, or program content, whenever necessary, while ensuring the quality of the course.

  • In the event of definitive cancellation of the course by the organization, any amounts paid will be fully refunded.

6. Participant Responsibility

  • Students are responsible for obtaining a valid passport, visas (when applicable), and any other documents required for entry and stay in the host country.

  • The course organization will not be held responsible for immigration, health, or customs issues that may prevent the student’s participation.

  • During laboratory practical activities, students must strictly comply with all biosafety and medical conduct regulations. Failure to do so may result in immediate exclusion from the course without the right to a refund.

7. Image Rights and Intellectual Property

  • By participating in the course, the student authorizes the use of their image and voice in institutional photos and videos related to the event, at no cost to the organization.

  • All content provided (materials, classes, videos, handouts) is the property of Oncoplastic Academy and may not be reproduced, distributed, or commercialized without prior written authorization.

8. Acceptance of the Terms

By selecting the option “I have read and agree to the Course Terms and Conditions” at the time of enrollment, the student declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted the rules established herein.
